No REFUNDS, No exceptions! Once you check the box before placing your order   it has begun processing, if we determine the order is a high potential for fraud you're entire order will be cancelled and refunded to you're method of payment. 

Exchanges… we do not offer exchange due to items being custom order to the size you chose at time of purchase. If you want to exchange you would have to cancel order and replace order for correct size, color or quantity.
